Welcome to Star Citizen Shop. To ensure a smooth and secure acquisition of your Star Citizen Ships, CCUs (Ship Upgrades), Paints, Items, Armors, and Weapons, please review the following delivery procedures and terms of service.



1. Delivery Method

We utilize the official RSI "Gifting" system to transfer assets directly to your account. (Note: Please ensure you provide the correct email address during checkout to ensure you receive the "Gift" email.)

Account Requirements: You must own a copy of Star Citizen to access the game itself, and you are required to have an RSI account in order to accept these items.

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 12 hours after payment clears (our current average delivery time for Ships is less than 20 minutes).

Claiming Your Purchase: You will receive an email from no-reply@robertsspaceindustries.com with the subject: "Someone sent you a gift from Roberts Space Industries". Open the email and click the blue "Claim Gift" button.

2. Critical Safety Instructions

⚠️ ATTENTION: All ships and items can be gifted only once. Once claimed, the item (Ship, CCU, Paint, Armor, Weapon, etc.) is permanently bound to the account that accepted it. Therefore, please be careful to be logged into the correct RSI account when you redeem your gift email.

Make sure you are logged into the specific RSI account where you want to receive the item in the same browser before you claim the gift. We are not responsible if you claim the item on the wrong RSI account.

Gifting to Others: If you are buying an item as a gift for someone else, do not click the claim button. Instead, right-click the "Claim Gift" button, select "Copy Link Address," and send that URL to the recipient.

3. How to Apply a CCU (Ship Upgrade)

If you purchased a Cross Chassis Upgrade (CCU) to transform one ship into another, follow these steps:

  1. Claim the Item: Follow the delivery steps above to add the CCU to your RSI Hangar.
  2. Locate in Hangar: Go to the "My Hangar" section on the RSI website.
  3. Apply Upgrade: Click on the arrow next to your CCU to expand the details. Click the "Apply Upgrade" button. Select the "Source Ship" you wish to upgrade and enter your RSI password to finalize the process.

Important Note: The insurance (e.g., LTI) and other bonuses from the original base ship will carry over to the new ship.
