How Delivery Works
- We deliver the materials required for the Wikelo exchange, not a fully redeemed ship.
- After the materials have been delivered, you must redeem the ship yourself at the Wikelo Emporium.
For example, if you purchase a Golem, we will deliver the required materials, such as 2 × Wikelo Favor and 15 × ASD Secure Drive. You will then need to complete the exchange yourself. - Please provide your in-game character name when placing the order.
We will add you as a friend in-game and arrange the delivery through a face-to-face trade. - Once you arrive at the agreed location, please confirm our identity before completing the trade.
- Important: This product includes exchange materials only, not a directly delivered ship.

Once delivery has been confirmed as completed, StarCitizenShop is no longer liable for any subsequent issues, losses, delays, or unexpected in-game incidents.
Please ensure that your network connection is stable and that your account is secure both before and after the trade.
Wikelo ships are in-game reward items and may be affected by official wipe events. If a future update includes an inventory wipe or Long Term Persistence (LTP) reset, Wikelo ships may be removed from your account. StarCitizenShop is not responsible for losses caused by official wipe events or persistence resets.

Delivery Time
Delivery is usually completed within 1–3 days, depending on the ship and the amount of materials required for the exchange. Ships that require more materials may take longer to prepare.
We will contact you by email to confirm the delivery schedule. Please make sure you are available in-game at the agreed time so the delivery can be completed successfully.

Wikelo Exchange Guide :Ships / Weapons / Armor
1) Unlock Wikelo First
Before you can access Wikelo’s follow-up collection and exchange contracts, you must first complete the introductory mission “New to System.”
This mission requires:
- 1 × Vestal Water
- 3 × Tundra Kopion Horn
2) Where to Turn In Materials
Wikelo currently accepts deliveries through three locations:
- Wikelo Emporium Dasi Station (near Hurston)
- Wikelo Emporium Selo Station (near Yela)
- Wikelo Emporium Kinga Station (near microTech)
Materials must be submitted through the designated Wikelo Emporium freight elevator.
Once the exchange is completed, the reward will be delivered to the local inventory of that station.
3) Reputation Requirements
Starting from Alpha 4.5.0, Wikelo uses a reputation system.
The currently known reputation tiers are:
- New Customer
- Very Good Customer
- Very Best Customer
Some higher-tier ships require the appropriate reputation level before their exchange contracts become available.
